Milestones Development Consultants, (Economic Development Practitioners), is a 100% black owned business that is based in Durban and works across all districts of KwaZulu-Natal, both urban and rural, and increasingly across all nine provinces of South Africa.

Our purpose is to help create sustainable livelihoods by creating opportunities for rural communities; that includes women, youth and emerging entrepreneurs, to enhance their quality of life. We achieve this by improving their knowledge and skills, researching, and identifying opportunities for them to earn a descent living. We use different economic sectors such as manufacturing, construction, tourism, hospitality, farming, retail, art and craft development as a catalyst to create opportunities. and all our programmes incorporate sustainable practices as underlying theme. We have successfully done this by working with multiple stakeholders in a consulting capacity.
